Our Newest Adventure! We are opening a booth in an antique mall in Ringgold, GA, called Ringgold Feed and Seed Antiques. This has all happened rather quickly and we will be up and in business Tuesday, August 2. What!?! Yep, we like living dangerously around here. It will take a bit to get everything in there and organized, I’m sure, but as soon as we get the green light we are moving in!
You may know by now that we love finding treasures. Just check out Raechel’s car sometime. (Or the garage…or closets…or cabinets…) So, the booth is a great way for us to shop without becoming hoarders. We will be selling things we love ourselves. It will be an eclectic mix of furniture and accessories from all different eras: Primitive, mid-century, Victorian and anything funky or quirky. Lots of vintage glassware and barware, obviously. Can’t forget the artwork including some of Raechel’s originals.
Our booth will be near the cash register and in an area that has to be passed by to get to the booths in the back of the building so we’ve got to make this thing awesome! No pressure. Here’s how it looks now with the current owner’s items.
The Booth Now
There is one long wall, one shorter wall and the other two sides are open to walkways.
The store is a great mix of all styles. These are some shots I snapped with my phone so they’re not the best quality but you can see some of the great stuff they have there.
Love that green vase and chippy painted bench.
These lamps almost came home with us but we really have nowhere to put them.
That baker’s cabinet on the far right is gorgeous!
You can see more pictures of the store on their Facebook page: Ringgold Feed and Seed.
We will be posting some of our adventure here and let you know how it’s going. You can also follow along on Instagram or Facebook. This adventure is a lot exciting and a bit scary. So if you’re in the area, stop by and shop ’til you drop!
